An AI-native software company
Senior engineering,multiplied by agents.
Rare Agentics designs and builds software of every kind. Small senior teams direct AI agents that plan, build, test and review in parallel, so serious software ships at a pace a traditional team cannot match. People make every decision that matters, and every change can show its working.

Approach
The shape changes. The standard does not.
We build whatever the problem needs: a consumer product, a platform, a data system, the tools a company runs on. What stays constant is how it gets built: planned before it is written, built in parallel, attacked before it ships, and signed off by a person who answers for it.
Agentstake the volume
- Draft the specification
- Write the code, in parallel
- Write and run the tests
- Attack their own work
- Keep the record
Peoplemake the calls
- Set the outcome
- Challenge the plan
- Make the decisions
- Hold the keys to production
- Answer for the result
How a build runs
From a plain brief to production, in controlled steps.
You brief us in plain language. The work then moves through six steps, and you can see every one of them.
- 01
Brief
PeopleAgentsTell us the outcome you want, in your own words. An intake agent turns it into a tracked request, and asks one question rather than guess.
- 02
Plan
AgentsPeopleAgents draft the specification: data model, screens, rules, risks, cost and confidence. For the decisions that matter, several agents propose independently and others attack each proposal before one is chosen. A senior engineer challenges the result.
- 03
Approve
PeopleYou approve the plan. It is a decision, not a ticket: what happens if you say yes, what stays blocked, what it costs, and the evidence behind it.
- 04
Build
AgentsThe approved plan splits into parallel workstreams. Each agent works in its own isolated sandbox, on its own branch, with checkpoints, so nothing is lost and every step is on the record.
- 05
Verify
AgentsPeopleEvery change meets the test suite, the security guards, and review agents whose only job is to find fault. Findings are verified before anything is fixed. Engineers review what matters.
- 06
Ship
PeoplePeople hold the keys. Agents cannot merge, deploy or touch production: those paths are impossible by construction, not merely disabled. You get the change, and the evidence for it.
Pace
Fast, because the work is parallel. Good, because it is checked.
Pace does not come from cutting corners. It comes from doing the thinking first, then doing many things at once, with verification that runs on every change.
Parallel by default
A traditional team works a queue. Agents work side by side: schema, interface, tests and review move at the same time, each in its own sandbox.
One after anotherelapsed
Side by sideelapsed
Planned before it is built
The expensive thinking happens on paper, where changing your mind is cheap. Builds follow an approved plan, so they do not thrash.
Verified continuously
Tests, guards and adversarial review run on every change, not at the end of a sprint. Verification never waits for a free afternoon.
Senior attention where it counts
Our people spend their time on architecture, judgement and your decisions. The agents take the volume.
What we build
If it is software, we build it.
Products, platforms and the systems behind them, for ventures and for companies that run on software.
- 01
Products
Consumer and member experiences, from the first sketch to launch day and long after it.
- 02
Platforms
Multi-sided systems with accounts, payments and permissions, and the admin that keeps them running.
- 03
Data systems
Sources of truth, pipelines and reporting that can explain every number they show.
- 04
AI and agents
Assistants and automations that work from the record, cite it, and ask before they act.
- 05
Internal tools
The operating software a company actually runs on, shaped around how it really works.
- 06
Integrations
Accounting, payments, identity and the services you already use, wired in properly.
Several products are in build right now, across music, entertainment, culture and business software. We will name them when our partners are ready to.
The standard
Agents, held to a standard.
We do not bolt a chatbot on. Whether an agent is building your software or working inside it, it answers to the same rules, and the rules are enforced by tests, not by good intentions.
- 01
Evidence, or it does not ship.
Every answer and every claim of completion links to its proof. If a feature cannot show its evidence, it does not reach you.
- 02
No silent action.
Agents propose; people confirm. Nothing risky happens quietly, and nothing is sent or approved on your behalf.
- 03
Impossible, not merely disabled.
Merging, deploying and changing infrastructure sit outside an agent’s reach by construction. A refused attempt is still recorded.
- 04
Keys stay out of reach.
Code an agent writes can never read a credential. Model access sits behind its own gateway, scoped to each build.
- 05
Costed and capped.
Every model call is metered against a budget, so spend is a figure you can see, not a surprise.
- 06
Enforced, not intended.
Agents answer to a written standard, and an evaluation suite runs on every change. If agent quality regresses, the build fails.
- 01PeopleBrief received, in plain language
- 02AgentsAsked one question rather than guess
- 03AgentsPlan drafted, with cost and confidence
- 04PeoplePlan approved
- 05AgentsBuilt in a sandbox, on its own branch
- 06AgentsTests passed. Review found two issues; both fixed
- 07AgentsRequested a deployRefusedImpossible by construction, and still recorded
- 08PeopleMerge approved
Proof
We run our own company on our own software.
The Rare Agentics Desk is one of the things we have built, this way: the one place our clients, pipeline, engagements, invoices, filings and ownership live, with an agent on top that answers from the record. It is how we work, and the standard we hold everything else to.
